Agents: When routing illegal dumping and heavy trash violations to the Rat on a Rat line, it should only be used for illegal dumping (on curb of vacant property) where the complainant knows or has evidence of who committed the act.
Can you identify who illegally dumped?
- Vehicle type
- License plate number of violators
- Address of violator that you witnessed and is in progress.
